Fastest: in the app, Settings › Send feedback. The email leaves already filled with the iPhone model, the iOS version and the app’s version.

Write to us

If you write without going through the app, tell us what you did, what you expected, what happened, the iPhone model and the iOS version (Settings › General › About), and whether the problem touches one phone or several. Do not send sensitive facts, codes or numbers: we do not need them to understand a problem.

Before you write

My partner is not getting the invitation

The link goes out through Messages from Settings › Sync › Invite my partner. On the other iPhone it opens Fiou! and joins the household; if it does not open, paste it into the field provided in the app. Both phones need iCloud turned on for Fiou! (Settings › your name › iCloud).

A task is not showing on the other phone

Sync goes through iCloud and waits for the network: a capture made offline leaves as soon as the phone finds a signal. Check that iCloud is on for Fiou! on both iPhones, then open the app on the other phone; arrival usually takes a few seconds.

“Structuring on iPhone” is not available

In Settings › Intelligence, the line says why. “Needs iOS 26”: update the iPhone. “Not supported on this iPhone”: it takes an iPhone that supports Apple Intelligence (iPhone 15 Pro and later). “Apple Intelligence is off”: turn it on in Settings › Apple Intelligence & Siri. Meanwhile, with Fiou+ and “Allow Claude”, Claude takes over; without a subscription, the task lands as captured, marked to check. The list, capture and sharing work in every case.

I want to export or delete everything
  • Export: Settings › Export household produces a JSON file of the whole household.
  • Deleting the app erases what is on the phone, conversations included; an earlier backup of the iPhone keeps a copy.
  • The household’s data stays in the iCloud of the person who created it: Settings › your name › iCloud › Manage Account Storage › Fiou! › Delete Data. The other members do the same.

Known limits

  • For the iPhone to prepare tasks itself, it needs iOS 26, an iPhone that supports Apple Intelligence and Apple Intelligence turned on.
  • Sync needs one Apple account per person, with iCloud turned on for Fiou!, and a network.
  • Fiou! exists on iPhone only. No Android version; a web companion maybe one day, with no promise.
  • Children are tags on tasks and facts, not accounts.

During the TestFlight beta

If you test Fiou! through TestFlight, the TestFlight app has its own button to send feedback with a screenshot; it reaches the same place.
