In short

The app is provided as is; a due date proposed by the AI is yours to check.
Fiou+ is a subscription through the App Store, cancelled in Settings › your name › Subscriptions; the price is shown before purchase.
Your data is yours; you can export it at any time.
Intended use: one household, two to six adults.

The app

Fiou! is an iPhone application published by the person named in the legal notice. It is distributed through Apple’s App Store; Apple’s standard license agreement for applications applies to its download and use, completed by the terms below.

Fiou! is made for adults who share the running of a household. Children appear in it as tags on tasks and facts; they have no account and the app is not intended for them.

What the app does, and what it does not guarantee

Fiou! turns what you dictate, scan, share or type into tasks, with the help of an artificial-intelligence model on the iPhone or, with Fiou+ and once you allow it, Anthropic’s Claude service. These proposals are marked “To check” until you confirm them: a proposed date, amount or step can be wrong. You remain responsible for checking the deadlines and the content of your tasks. Fiou! is not a guaranteed reminder service: a notification may not arrive if the phone prevents it.

Fiou+

Fiou+ is an auto-renewing subscription bought through the App Store. It unlocks the private assistant and task preparation by Claude for the Apple account that subscribed; household memory stays free. The price and the length of the period are shown in the app before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple account at confirmation; the subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You manage and cancel the subscription in your Apple account settings (Settings › your name › Subscriptions). Refunds are requested from Apple.

The AI usage in Fiou+ is meant for one household; we may limit clearly abnormal usage to preserve the service for others.

Your data

Your tasks, facts and attachments belong to you. They are stored on your iPhones and in the household’s iCloud; our notification service only relays sealed excerpts it cannot read; you can export them at any time from the app’s Settings. The privacy policy describes precisely what leaves your phone.

Acceptable use

Do not use Fiou! to store or process unlawful content, or to get around its technical limits. Content you send to the assistant is subject to Anthropic’s usage policy when it goes through Claude.

Changes

The app and these terms will evolve. Important changes are announced in the app or on this page, with the date above. Continuing to use Fiou! after a change counts as acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. In case of a dispute, an amicable solution is sought first: write to us at feedback@fiou.app.
